Sheep trader, Sheikh Badi Rasheid al-Yahya Bani Sakhr has begun proceedings against US President Clinton to claim compensation for loss of earnings of between four to five million dollars. Badi claims that ever since Clinton named his puppy, Buddy (pronounced as Badi in Arabic), people have started pointing at him in the market calling him Clinton’s Dog.
